"Amanda was very helpful when she gave me a tour of Arrive 4301. She showed me all the amenities and took me down to the parking garage. She even showed me the storage units. I was impressed with the sauna and the gym. The washers and dryers are on each floor in a clean and convenient location; they use credit cards so you don't have to save up all your quarters. The place seemed well kept-up and is in a nice location. I ultimately decided to move to a 55+ community, but I think Arrive 4301 would be nice, too. Great access to walking trails! Lots of greenery. Many thanks to Amanda for spending over an hour with me and answering all my questions."

The staff made our move in very easy, and they were very helpful by answering all of our questions and providing all the information we needed! Everything in the apartment building always seems to be spotless and at its best possible condition! I have used both gyms and have also noticed that those get taken care of as well! I enjoy the quiet community and see that everyone is respectful of quiet hours which is amazing! I am absolutely in love with Arrive!"
